Plain terms for a small studio. Using this website or Kolosei's products means you accept the following.

Software is provided as-is

Kolosei's products and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. They are offered in good faith and under active development; availability, features and behaviour may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolosei is not liable for any damages arising from their use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the products or site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. Where a product calls a third-party cloud service under your own API key, your use of that service is also governed by that provider's terms (for example, Google Cloud's).

Intellectual property

LinguistPro and HDLE Premium, and their source code, are the intellectual property of Kolosei unless stated otherwise. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses, and content you create or import remains yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, where the operator is based (Kiryat Bialik). Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
